I recently had a plumbing emergency at my home and I needed a quick fix. After searching online, I came across A-Team Plumbing and Gas. I was impressed by their positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They were able to send a plumber over later that afternoon to assess the situation. Luckily he was able to fit me in the next morning to install a new unit for my hot water system. The plumber arrived promptly and was very professional. Within a few hours, he had fixed the issue and restored hot water to my home. I was amazed by how fast and efficient he was. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. They were able to fix my problem within 24 hours of contacting them, and their plumber was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. ~ Nelly L

Had an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen and A-Team Plumbing absolutely saved the day. They responded immediately, arrived super fast, and fixed the issue perfectly. Not only did they stop the leak, but they also took the time to explain exactly what caused it and how to avoid it happening again. This is a company that really looks after its customers - efficient, reliable, economic and easy to get along with. I had a huge water bill: Nolzey promptly organised a leak detector who found a broken solenoid in the retic; A-Team replaced it next day and Nolzey even put in my Leak Allowance claim to Water Corp for me. Water Corp promptly lost it -twice - then put my claim to one side because the third attempt hadn't arrived in time. No allowance for the fact it had been the Xmas, New Year holidays. Despite being flat out on his return, Nolzey got back to them for me and the allowance went through. That is genuine service and that is why I really commend these guys. ~ Jane M

Its deifintly to ring this company i had a problem gas leak in house and try to ring around plumber and every body just waste my time not serious but when i ring these guys answer straight away and most important they understand my situation and organise with in 30 minute after hour serivce on a very decent price and send Ryno to do job when Ryno gets here he busy straight away doing his thing he understad the value didnt waste time and try ti get the job faster so i dont have to waer the cost too much very professional people definitly my plumber contact for now ~ Faisal A

From my first email, I found the A Team to be quick to reply, informing me of what the costs would be, and when someone would be able to get the job done. That made dealing with them a pleasant experience and you knew you were getting a fair and professional service. The plumber who attended was easy to talk too, happy to listen to any questions, explained what he had done, was efficient and left the area clean when finished. Two thumbs up for the A-Team on a recent job they have done for us 👍👍. Excellent communication with Nolzey. He gave us a transparent and reasonable quote. Explained things succinctly. I received superb service from Shenol and his team for what was a very complicated and time consuming job. This culminated in completely replacing my water pipe from the water meter to my house. All the pipes are under a driveway in a strata complex so a trench had to be dug for over 20 Metres. As a pensioner, Shenol did everything he could to keep the costs down for me. He also prioritised it as urgent and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. ~ Julia G

What a great outfit Ateam plumbing and gas is. Right from the first phone call they were there to look after our leaking pipe and made things a lot less stressful. Nollzy was fantastic organising from the get go and the crew that actually did the repairs were marvellous particularly Ryan a lovely young man who took every effort to make sure there was no damage our laundry and cleaned everything up as new when finished. Had a burst pipe in the roof space of our house causing flooding contacted A-Team plumbing and Gas first thing in the morning and Shenol very professional instantly responded and the Team had my burst pipe repaired in no time at all with excellent workmanship and service and had our water back in our home. I booked in a leaking shower head to be fixes and the A team plumbing was able to dispatch a repair man out the next day. The communication was excellent and the repair man kept me posted on his ETA. When he arrived he talked me through the repair job and went above and beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend the A team services and will be using them again for future jobs. The A-team plumbing guys were very friendly and obliging. The service was great and although I had a little hitch with one of the guys not showing up on the booked day . Shenol was so apologising of the mix up he discounted my final account . The work was first class ,very neat and tidy and leaving no mess, a great job guys. Nollsy was a lifesaver when I suspected a water leak at my house. First off he helped out over the phone, then when he got there was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, and his follow up service to make sure the job was done right was second to none. My shower was blocked, rang A-Team and they had Ryno out a couple of hours later. Ryno was excellent and explained what the problem was and fixed it straight away. Called on the A.TEAM to install a new hotwater system. They came and gave a quote and DID NOT CHARGE for that. And then within 1 to 2 days Installed a new system for us. Had Will come out and fix our badly leaking outdoor tap today, he was absolutely delightful, arrived early and got it fixed super fast. Given that he got it done way below budget, we had him fix our leaky bathroom taps too. We’ll definitely be using these guys again! ~ Kristal E
